How are your prints packaged?
• Smaller photos are sent in an envelope with a piece of cardboard to keep them straight. Larger photos are wrapped in plastic and sent in tubes.
What's the quality like?
• I wouldn't want you to get anything I wouldn't have hanging in my own home or gallery. I'm very particular about that, so... the quality better be excellent. If it's not, talk to me.
How long will it take for the print to arrive?
• Everything is printed on demand. They will take a few days to be printed and delivered to me (I use a professional printing companies to gain access to the best quality prints). Once the prints you've ordered are in my possession, they ship the same or next business day via First Class mail.
How are your prints shipped?
• In cardboard mailers or cardboard tubes (11x14" prints and larger are shipped in cardboard tubes). This is a very solid and secure way of shipping. Although, if the print arrives damaged, send the print back to me and I'll send you another copy, free of charge.
Can I get an image/collection in a different size?
