Bio

Sometime back in the mid nineties, my dad asked me to the upstairs studio of his art gallery. He said he had something for me.
He dug out a box and pulled out an old 35mm camera made in 1971 and a couple of lenses for it.
After a few rolls of film I was hooked.
Since then I have traveled through 44 states and parts of Canada recording what I see in nature and humanity.
Even with digital now the predominant medium these days I still prefer the depth, nuances and challenges of various film emulsions.
After spending 10 years wandering around the US mainly in Portland, OR and the Seattle area, I settled back in my home town of Chapel Hill/Carrboro, NC.
I am blessed with 2 beautiful children and an amazing partner who is a talented leather worker also here on etsy (RADCOW).
So....yeah...this is me.
