Hello and welcome to my Etsy shop, there's only a wee selection here at the moment as I'm new to Etsy. There'll be more soon I promise. All the beads are handmade by me in my basement using a propane torch, they are annealed in a digitally controlled kiln for strength and durability, cleaned and inspected for cracks. I use mostly Italian Effetre glass from suppliers in the UK. Due to the way the beads are made it's not always possible to match beads exactly which is in my opinion part of their charm, they are unique. My beads are usually quirky or odd, perfection doesn't interest me particularly I love the unusual and the fun & consider my beads to be an extension of the cartoonist that I am at heart.
