Bio

After a lifetime of creativity in every medium imaginable;
I discovered glass in 2007.

Mosaic Art has grown to consume my days.
The use of stained glass for 90% of my work
stems from the exquisite nature of stained and
art glass. It's color variations make it
possible to do use it both in traditional
mosaic tile pieces and to Inlay larger pieces
in a unique way. Using the glass to create shading
that would be impossible with solid tiles.

I primarily use the direct method of
Mosaic art which means that I cut and
directly place onto the finished piece;
each bit of glass. It is a time consuming,
yet utterly enjoyable art form.

My work isn't produced for this store.
I must create it. Something in me begs for
the chance to play with glass. Stock piling
finished works in my little studio seemed
wrong as well. Glass arts should be seen,
in the light, not stored in a dusty studio.
And so I offer them to you.

These pieces I create with heart and a piece
of me in every one. Each one difficult to wrap
and ship until I remember that you will love it too.
I hope that your home is enriched by owning
one of my creations.

My art is priced affordably in order for
you to get the chance to touch and see
them in person. Photography just doesn't
do glass objects justice. I encourage you
to experience them at different times of
the day in changed lighting. Touch them.
You too will fall in love with Glass.
