Bio

Backyard Bakery began on a family trip to the Tuscany region of Italy. We had so much fun baking pizzas and foccacia bread in the wood fired brick oven at the villa that we decided that we had to have one in our backyard. It won't be finished until spring, now that the ground is frozen but that didn't stop us from talking momma into getting started. She used to have a bakery in McCall Idaho. Since it closed we only get her to bake our favorites during the holidays.

We offer a few of our favorite recipes right now and will add more items as we expand. Momma loves to cook and we love to eat what she cooks. We are so happy to share our favorite bread, onion cheese and "The Worlds Finest Fudge Sauce" with all of you. We would like to welcome you to our family.
