About Me:

My name is Bea, and I live with my husband, my two 3-yr-old cats, Penny and Ozzy, my 20 month old Bulldog, Abby and my 8 month old bulldog Gus in a beautiful suburb of Dallas, Texas. I live next to a lake and have a forest for a back yard. The USPS delivers the mail in a jeep rather then a mail truck. The area has a very rural feel for being so close into the city.

When I am not crafting, I have a real job and work as an engineer. I love that I can get away from that and share my obsessions with you. I knit, sew, dye yarn, and apparently make stitch markers now. You'll find a variety of fun things in shop and I don't know what I will update with next! I buy my fabric and yarn in small lots. As with all handmade things some variation occurs in everything. However, if you see something in my sold items that you are interested in, please convo me and find out if I can reproduce an item. Sometimes I can and sometimes I can't. I may need to go back to the place I got the fabric from to see if any is still available. In that case I will convo to tell you so and then let you know what happens.

POLICIES you might want to know about:

Prompt payment is expected for all orders. I will relist an item and cancel a sale if payment is not received within 72 hours.

A Word On Photographs: I take a lot of photographs of my work (bags, yarn and stitch markers), and I post the ones that will give you the best and most accurate information about what you will receive. Sometimes this means that I reuse photographs from previously sold items. If there is any variation in the color scheme, shape, size, or yarn type, however, I always take new photos. I try my best to take accurate photos of the bag colors. But please note, the color you see on your monitor may not be true-to-life due to individual screen settings.

To keep the cost of shipping & packaging down, all small bags and pouches are flat-packed in Tyvek envelopes, which should fit into small mailboxes. Bags are shipped using USPS First-Class Shipping within the US, average delivery time is 2-7 days. Bags are shipped outside of the US using first class international shipping -delivery time is less reliable at an average 10-18 business days. I ship with delivery confirmation. Please let me know if you have not received your item.

If the order comes in between Friday and Monday, it will go out on Tuesday. Orders received between Tuesday and Thursday will go out on Friday. I live in a rather rural area so two trips to the post office is easiest.

I ship to paypal addresses only, please make sure your etsy and paypal addresses match. I cannot at this time ship to swap pals or friends! Your order will ship to you and you will have to forward it on to your friend or pal.

I am happy to combine shipping in order to get you the best deal.

I do not have a standard return policy, but I am committed to keeping my clients happy. I like to deal with each situation individually. Please do contact me if you have any problems or disappointments with your order.

*If you do plan to return your yarn, I would like to know as soon as possible. Yarn needs to be in its original condition, and buyer pays return shipping.
