If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, just contact me within 3 days of receiving your item(s)and we will work together to make it right. Communication is the key. We value all the feedbacks we receive from you, our customer. If it is absolutely necessary to return an item, refunds will be given in the form of store credit minus S&H and 0.20 listing fee. This holds true to all items shipped as a gift.

***CUSTOM ORDERS***

We love custom orders, just convo me with your request and I will try my best to accomodate. :)

***PAYMENT***

We accept PAYPAL and money order (only for local buyers)and now RME (revolution Money Exchange). Please pay immediately after purchase. Items will be shipped as soon as payment is received. For combined shipping or any price adjustments, please wait for the revised invoice before paying. Payments not received within 3 business days will be considered non-payment and the item will be relisted for sale.

***SHIPPING AND HANDLING***

Shipping amount varies depending on the item. Please refer to the shipping chart under that particular listing. We can combine shipping for an additional 0.50 - 1.00 for every item after the first. To receive this combined shipping rates, please pay for all you items together. Items paid for separately will be shipped individually and combined shipping rate will not apply.
All our items are shipped ready for gift giving. We can ship an item to a gift recipient. Just contact us right away with the recipient's name and address plus any personalized message you wish for them to receive after making your payment.

***INSURANCE***

Insurance is optional but highly recommended. We are not responsible for any lost packages during shipment. If you are adding insurance, please wait for revised invoice before paying. The current insurance cost are as follows:

50.01 - 100.00 - 2.05
100.01 - 200.00 - 2.45
201.00 - 300.00 - 4.60
