Hello all! Jessica is my name and making jewellery is my game! Hence my brandname, Jessewellery. I'm 20 years old, and i'm studying Jewellery Design at
the moment, I'm in 2nd year. I love all things sparkly and pretty, hence my passion for jewellery making! :)

MY STORE POLICIES

1. I accept PayPal and money orders.

2. Shipping is free to everybody in Ireland and the UK! Elsewhere it will be negotiated based on method and location of the buyer.

3. I ship to everywhere. yup, EVERYWHERE. :)

4. I use An Post, the Irish postal system for handling.
I ship items using registered post, so that both you and I can have peace of mind that the item is going to arrive. :) If you want me to ship using normal post, so that the shipping cost is less expensive let me know. I'm here to help! :)

5. I can offer insurance on your purchase, convo me and we'll discuss it. See below for my policies on returns.

6.I ship within 1-3 days after I have been notified of receipt of payment by Paypal or when the check or money order has been cleared and deposited into my account.
You will recieve an email from me when I've sent it off. It should arrive within 6-9 working days.

7. My jewellery is wrapped in special handmade paper and then put into special bubble wrapped packaging. I'll always make sure to pop in a little something extra, to say thank you for being my customer! :)

MY RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with a particular item you received, please contact me to discuss further options (refund, store credit, etc.)

I can't be held responsible for what the shipping company will do with it, I'm not there so I can't make them handle it as gently as I would. However, if you're really unhappy with the condition of it, contact me.

BUT! I don't accept "I've changed my mind" as a reason. Also, I've gone to the trouble of measuring my pieces so it's up to you to make sure that they fit. I will make it longer or shorter, free of charge, but this must be before i send it off, no exceptions. :)
