I started knitting about 10 years ago and have been hooked since! I have usually had several projects underway at once - typical for a knitter. My passion has really come alive since having my two boys - the quiet time I have late at night working on my bags has given me focus and sweet internal peace. Knitting and felting designs onto bags are my ultimate unwind. Who'd have thought it?

I discovered felting yarn a couple of years ago, and was so amused by making these huge, gangly things, throwing them in the wash, and pulling out lovely delights. The process is so fun, and the quirky things you can do during the felting process are pretty cool.

I especially love making felted bags with circular designs - they are so very functional and intriguing to the eye. I am a big fan of using lots of color and have enjoyed experimenting with different looks.

My crafty outlet has given me focus and taken my thoughts and inspirations to new heights. I frequently see things in nature that capture my attention - I love incorporating things that catch my eye.
