Over the last few years, I had become fascinated with the healing properties of gemstones. One November, my husband and I were vacationing in San Juan, Puerto Rico and wandered into a bead shop. I’d never seen anything like it! They had rows and rows of many of the gemstones I had been learning about and these could be made into jewelry. My husband knew he was in trouble; I had the same look in my eyes that he gets going down the tool aisle. I brought several strands home and started creating jewelry combining gemstones to enhance their healing properties. Somewhere down the line, I realized I was making a lot more than I could ever wear. That’s when Genene’s Jewelry was born.


Shipping information:

Domestic Shipping - All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
Please contact me (use “message to seller”) if you would like a faster shipping method. I will update your rates and send you a PayPal invoice for the difference.

International shipping Available Upon Request – Please convo me to request a shipping quote. All items are shipped via First Class International Mail.

I guarantee all of my jewelry. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Returns:

We will gladly accept returns that are made within 5 days of receipt, undamaged and unused. A full refund will be given, less shipping and handling, once we have received the returned items. Delivery confirmation is needed on the returned package and return postage costs will not be refunded.


Items that are received by the customer in damaged condition are gladly refunded or replaced upon return of the item. Damaged items must be mailed for return within 5 days of receipt for full refund or replacement. If available, replacement will be mailed within 72 hours of return of the damaged item via first class mail at no additional expense.
