Bio

Hullo! My name is Olga Ulanova. I am an artist and graphic designer living in Seattle, WA.

My interests include fantasy, traditional and fashion illustration. I draw my inspiration from art nouveau, ukiyo-e, art deco and copperplate art, and these influences often show up in my work. Anime and manga have definitely left their modern mark as well.

Right now I am offering ACEO art trading cards featuring my work, and will be expanding to carry bookmarks and postcards.

My drawings are done in pen and ink, and then digitally colored. My artwork has appeared in Storm Constantine's Grimoire Dehara: Kaimana (Immanion Press), Deliria: Everyday Heroes (Laughing Pan Productions) and most recently in Witch Girls Adventures (Manga Graphix). I strive to create my artwork and products in the most eco-friendly way possible. This means choosing earth friendly materials, recycling print cartridges, using all art supplies before purchasing new ones, drawing on both sides of the page in my notebooks, and of course recycling paper and plastic materials.
