Jessi Frenkel grew up in Madison, WI. In 2005 she moved to San Francisco to go to the Revere Academy of Jewelry arts. While in school, she met her wonderful boyfriend, Jason who lived in Seattle. He convinced her to move there with him and they have lived happily ever since with their two rambunctious kitties.

How Long Will Shipping Take?

Each piece is hand made to order, so please allow up to 7 days after payment clears for shipment. All domestic orders are sent USPS Priority with insurance. All international orders are sent UPS with insurance. I am required by law to state the value of the item on a customs form. Please be aware that each country may require extra fees or taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Who Makes This Stuff?

I do! Every design, unless stated otherwise is made by me. Each piece is hand crafted with care by me in my studio. Some of my pieces are collaborations with my boyfriend, Jason Sho Green.

What Materials Do You Use?

Everything that looks silver in color is made of sterling silver. This includes chains and closures, unless otherwise noted. I also use some copper, all materials are listed in the description. All stones are real, and are held into the bezel by the bezel. I assure you that no glue or adhesives are used. All pearls are natural freshwater.

What is Your Return Policy?

I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact me within 7 days and a refund will be provided after the item is returned in it's original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and I am not responsible if the item is lost, so please purchase insurance if doing so. Please read item description thoroughly and email me with any questions before purchase.

How Do I Care For My Jewelry?

The best way to care for your new jewelry is with a polishing cloth. These can be obtained at most bead supply stores and craft stores. Gently rub with the cloth between your fingers. Do not use liquid jewelry cleaner, this will remove the patina.

Do You Take Custom Orders?

Yes! I would love to work with you to make the jewelry you have envisioned. Email me a description and a sketch. Unfortunately there are no refunds on custom orders, and a 30% deposit is required before I start working on it. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipment.
