Bio

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1992 with a Bachelor's degree in art with an emphasis on glass and art metals, as well as a second major in creative writing. My travels have taken me around the country, from Madison to New York, and then here to New Orleans, my heart's home.

There is so much to inspire here, from the architecture to the music to the warmth of the people. Lately I have been looking for new outlets for expression close to home, in the traditions and colors of this amazing place. I continue to carve glass but I'm always learning, always looking for fun things to do. From glass fusing and slumping to stained glass and soon beadmaking, variety beckons!

I'm excited about getting more of my work out in the public eye and maybe even making my living doing what I love. With your help, I get closer every day.
