Bio

I have been making handmade quilts for 30 plus years. My mother made quilts until she was ninety years old, so I learned a lot from her, but mostly I learned by practice . I make my quilts the old fashioned way from start to finish by hand.

When I am not quilting, I enjoy going to basketball games, reading, spending time with my husband, and working in my flower garden. I also crochet, knit, sew and cross stitch. I really love looking at quilts made by others!

It takes a long time to make a quilt that is made completely by hand! It takes weeks and sometimes months to finish one. I will list them as I get them done.

My quilts are made in a smoke free home. We have no house pets.

I hope you enjoy my quilts as much as I enjoy making them!
