~||A Little About Us||~

KiwiLove is the collective brainchild of two friends, Hannah and Julia, who have been working together for far too long. (About eight years, that's half our lives!) We're currently both full-time students at the same arts highschool, and started out as two little elementary students at the same public school way back when. By day, we study. By night, we read. By weekend, we CREATE!! It's been that way since the beginning and shows no signs of changing soon, even as we both take our first adventurous steps into the world of part-time weekend work at exciting places such as grocery stores. Scintillating as vegetables are, the making of jewellery remains our favourite weekend/holiday pastime. Of course, after eight years of sitting at Hannah's dining room table making (for lack of a better word) stuff, our designs have changed quite a bit and continue to develop as we do. As we're both art students we spend a lot (and we mean A LOT) of time working on our art in all its forms. We're both addicted to creating, we also draw, knit, paint, crochet, felt, sew, and music.

We have a ton of fun making things together, and hope that our foray into the world of online sales will help us to spread the love a little!

~||Shipping Information||~

Because both Hannah and Julia are full time students with busy schedules and many assignments to complete, shipping days for KiwiLove are on Friday afternoons and evenings. Any item during the week will be shipped on the closest Friday, and anything ordered on a weekend should be shipped out by Sunday night.

All of our jewellery comes wrapped in tissue paper in a super-spiffy KiwiLove gift box secured in bubble wrap and mail-order packing materials. (Boxes or bubble-wrap envelopes depending on the size of the order) Items will be shipped by regular post unless otherwise requested by the buyer.

If for any reason you need your order to arrive as soon as possible express courier services and same-day-as-payment shipping can be arranged for an additional cost.

Shipping costs are between $5 and $10 in Canada and $10 to other parts of the world. Items are shipped only after full payment is received, and at this time we unfortunately cannot accept refunds or exchanges. We can however repair any piece of jewellery purchased from us free of charge for as long as you wish to keep wearing it.

Feel free to ask us any questions about shipping costs, packaging, and wait-times. As we are fairly new to the world of online sales our shipping prices may change over time as we find a good balance for ourselves. Thank you for your cooperation and support.
