Swanky Scribbles was born because apparently I'm not busy enough as it is, with my first Etsy Shop, www.ymbd.etsy.com and because I have a huge addiction to paper (which I'm currently seeking help for) -- although I don't see myself being cured of my addiciton anytime soon, so you don't have to worry.

I am a stay at home wife (hopefully soon a mother), and I am lucky to have a husband that allows me to make a living at feeding my paper addiction.

ABOUT THE MATERIALS I USE:
-All materials used are high quality, Acid & Lignin Free (archival safe)
-Digital elements are laser printed with lightfast toner (stays true for up to 100 years)
-Each card is made from heavyweight cardstock and comes with a coordinating envelope
-Purchases are always nicely packaged (suitable for gift giving) and all cards are shipped in cello sleeves for their protection.


RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may ship it back within 10 days for a full refund (less shipping costs). Item must arrive in same condition as it was sent out in. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items that are custom made or personalized may not be elligible for return/refund, so they will be dealt with on a one-on-one basis.

Flat Rate WORLDWIDE SHIPPING - order as much as you like and only pay:
$2.50 (US & Canada)
$3.50 (Everywhere Else)

I ship 4-5 times per week and I strive to have all orders shipped out within 48 hours of payment. But please note, I'm only human (despite what some of my family might say) and some weeks I can get really busy with orders, and I will not rush the crafting of your items just to meet this "deadline". If you are in a rush for a particular purchase, please let me know at the time of placing your order, and I will do my best to get it to you as fast as I can.

Custom & Bulk Orders: (you will be notified at the time of purchase/inquiry when your order will be completed and shipped).

Average Expected Delivery Time from date of Shipping:
US & Canada: 4 to 6 business days
Everywhere Else: 6 to 8 business days

Please take into consideration that shiping delays can occur beyond my control after the package leaves my hands, and delivery times may be a little slower around major holidays. The delivery times listed above are averages, based on past orders.
