Bio

My name is Andrea Carrillo, friends call me Dre. I work, play, and create out of a small town in Northern California, and I've only really been making plush for about a year now. I doodle and scribble quite a bit, and have a great need to create all the creatures who reside within my head. Plush art, soft sculpture, doll art, whatever one may call it, has offered me an accessible outlet. I'm not sure what would happen if I couldn't let these little guys out of my brain. They'd probably cannibalize me form the inside out. I am excited to be a part of this plush/doll/toy/art culture that is so vibrant and active. This is just the beginning! I have much respect for all you dedicated D.I.Y. artists out there, and I wish to share with you my love for doll craft and plush weirdo creature art. I am new to Etsy and am open to suggestions geared towards improvement or plush/doll requests.
