dear friends ~

creating is a daily rhythm for me and i love making things by hand. indeed, it gives me a great sense of joy and comfort. i believe in the reverence of childhood and surrounding children with toys and playthings made of natural materials and fibers...so that they can experience a positive sensory connection with the living world around them. children are deeply affected by their surroundings, therefore it is important to take great care in creating an environment that is nourishing to the senses and where beauty abounds. providing imaginative and simple playthings that are handcrafted from natural materials does just this...and promotes a close and healthy relationship to our living world.
