I've recently found the time and inspiration to start working with some of my collected treasures from over the years.

I've been collecting vintage jewelry and beads since I was a little girl. I bought my first rhinestone brooch when I was just six at the Wellfleet flea market on Cape Cod.

I love the quality and uniqueness of vintage beads and use them exclusively in my designs. Most of my beads are salvaged from old, already broken pieces. In fact, rummaging for beads at the bottom of a box is one of my most favorite ways of collecting. I've been known to stand over boxes for ages, making sure I get every bead from a broken strand. Dedication, its a good thing. :)
