Welcome to Pretty Ella Designs. Thank you for taking the time to look at my shop and my profile! My name is Amy. I am 29 years old, and I am a full time Spanish teacher. When I’m not at work I enjoy taking foreign language courses, coaching cheerleading, and making hand crafted jewelry for friends and family.
My interest in jewelry design began in 1999 when I took a part time job as a jewelry sales associate to make extra money during college. I looked forward to spending my Sunday afternoons at the store browsing through our new inventory and chatting with customers about their favorite pieces. Although I sold jewelry up through 2003, I never gave much thought to actually making my own pieces until I became a teacher. Two of my work colleagues who beaded jewelry decided to hold a jewelry workshop after school. I signed up immediately. It was there that I made my first pair of earrings. Ever since then I've been hooked on beading!

ABOUT THE JEWELRY

Every one of my pieces is handmade. I put a lot of love into my work, and hope you love wearing it. I would never create something I wouldn’t wear. I use only the finest gemstones and metal supplies in all of my jewelry; some of my favorite materials are: Swarovski Crystals, coin pearls, sterling silver findings, seed beads, and foil glass beads. I love all faceted stones.
I am a "girly girl"; I love to play with makeup and to wear dresses. Therefore, much of my jewelry reflects my girlish taste. I'm inspired by the transparent sparkle and gloss of glass and crystal, and some of my favorite colors to use are light pink, purple, and white. Clear and sparkly pieces are my favorites!


PAYMENT

I prefer to handle transactions with Pay Pal. Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase. Transactions not completed within this timeframe will be cancelled.

SHIPPING POLICY

Make sure your etsy and paypal address are the same. I will ship to your etsy address unless stated otherwise.

If you need special shipping or confirmation, please contact me before you make your payment. I will adjust your order to reflect the changes.

*Shipping/handling fees not only PAY for postage, but for your shipping materials, time listing/packaging orders, service to & at the Post Office and sometimes Etsy FEES.

Items are packaged in a bubble mailer and shipped via USPS within 3 business days from date of payment. Items will be shipped to your Pay Pal address unless you specify otherwise. You will be provided with a tracking number for your purchases shipped via USPS. However, I cannot refund packages lost in the mail.

*NOTE: Local pick up is available for customers in Massachusetts (North Shore) and New Hampshire. Please e-mail me to make arrangements.

REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your piece, items may be returned for a full refund in its ORIGINAL CONDITION within 14 days of purchase.
