Robert C. Waits is a self taught artist. He has been carving wood, stone and glass for 19 years and has been chainsaw carving for the last 13 years. In the last few years he has won 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in chainsaw carving competitions. Also a few Artist Choice and Peoples Choice Awards along the way. His wood carvings have been featured on HGTV and The Outdoor Channel and have been sold around the world.

With his unlimited imagination and amazing talent he can carve almost anything from a one inch ivory whale to a 16 foot tall tree covered in chainsaw carved owls.

Although wood carving is his main passion, he also does his fair share of glass etchings, stone carvings, airbrushing, ice sculpture and clay sculpting.
