Hi! I am 36 years old, married to my highschool sweetheart and we have a 17 year old piano major son, and a 13 year old aspiring guitarist/fashion designer/artist (?) daughter. (She's 14, who knows what she's gonna be, she may grow up to be a lawyer!)

We live in Northeast Florida, just outside of Jacksonville. I've lived in Florida all my life, and hate Florida weather with a passion. I would love to move somewhere that actually sees 4 seasons a year. In Florida, we only have 3 seasons: Summer, Almost Summer and Hurricane. :/

I am a self-proclaimed obsessive and habitual crafter and artist. Mostly, I knit, spin yarn, and sew. In addition, but less frequently, I quilt, make handmade soap and body products, build websites and create graphic/visual arts. I also offer private knitting lessons.

Regarding sales on Etsy.com

SATISFACTION: I want nothing more than for you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return the unused, unaltered item to me for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping. You are responsible for return charges. Once the item is received in satisfactory condition, I will issue a refund via PayPal.

SHIPPING: I ship via USPS Priority mail, and all over the world. I will ship via other methods upon request. Just leave a note in the comments when you make your purchase and I will respond via email with more info.
I will ALWAYS combine shipping for you, and never charge you more than actual shipping. I do not charge any packing or handling fees. If, through the checkout process, you end up paying more for shipping than necessary, I will issue you a prompt refund for the overpayment.

PAYMENTS: For convenience, I only accept PayPal through Etsy, and you can pay with a credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account. Most payments through PayPal are instant, except eChecks, which take at minimum, 4 business days to clear. I will not ship an item without a fully cleared payment first, no exceptions.
If you absolutely can not pay via PayPal, let me know and we can work something else out. I will accept personal checks and money orders by request only, and again, will only ship after said payment has cleared.
