bbmetalsmith is a jeweler working in Santa Fe, NM since 1985. She studied silversmithing with a native jeweler and furthered her studies at IAIA in Santa Fe. She considers her metal work to have a painterly quality. Her previous art background is in painting which she studied at RISD and the Art Students League in New York City.
