Hello! Some of my earliest memories are of hanging out on my Mom's bed while she sewed and did alterations. She would often pay me a quarter to pick up the pins that inevitably found there way to the floor under her machine. With three older brothers, she was thrilled to finally have her baby girl to teach how to sew, so imagine her disappointment when I wanted nothing to do with it! I finally came around when I discovered quilting - straight seams! No sleeves! Sweet!
I now live in the woods of Boulder Creek, with my sweetheart and my beloved pup, and just don't feel right if I haven't made SOMETHING each day!
