Bio

My name is Staci Schubert, I am the designer for the collections you see.

Inspiration:
These collections are a direct result of my not being able to find a bag that helped me express myself. As they say, "necessity is the mother of all invention!"

Background:
As a graduate from Rhode Island School of Design, I’ve always had a passion for art and design. I worked as an Art Director in advertising for many years. During the 90’s I took a position with an internet company that put me on the forefront of the dotcom explosion. As we all know that industry changed. Suddenly I was at a crossroads. I decided to put all my experience, knowledge and talents towards creating my own business. Knowing I wanted to be creative, I went back to school for a degree in Fashion Design. While still attending school, I found some leather remnants and started putting bags together. Every bag I made sold right away, and the girls who bought them suggested I create a full line. After six years of creating bags, I came up with the designs you see now.
