HOW DO I ORDER THROUGH ETSY? In order to purchase through etsy you will need to set up an account. It takes only a minute of your time and it is free. All you need is an email address. If you have any problems with setting up an etsy account contact me at gfischer [!at] columbus.rr.com. Believe me if I can do it any one can. Ha!


**PAYMENT**

Payments are accepted through PAYPAL. I feel very comfortable using paypal. If you do not have a paypal account, they will walk you through the steps. You will put in your checking acct number or credit card of choice. I pay all my bills this way and have never had a problem.
You can also pay with a money order and I will ship after it clears. Thanks, Gail

**SHIPPING**

I will ship within 2-3 business days. If it is a custom order , please allow 1-2 weeks depending on request.

**Insurance**

I cannot be responsible for lost items once they are in the mail. Please email me after purchase, if you would like to add insurance.

**RETURNS**

If you are not happy with your purchase,than please email me and send back within 10 business days. The buyer will be responsible for postage cost. If a item breaks I will be happy to redo if all pieces are sent back within 30 days. There will be no cost to buyer. I really want you to love your purchase, and treat it gentle, for jewelry needs to be treated carefully.

**JEWELRY CARE**

Most of my pieces have fine sterling silver findings and should be polished with a silver polishing cloth when needed. I strongly suggest you store your sterling jewelry in a plastic pouch or sandwich bag with all air pushed out.

**BABY AND YOUNG CHILDREN JEWELRY**

I will not assume responsibility, for any accidents. Please always enjoy your precious kids and keep an eye on them. They seem to love to put items in mouth, especially beautiful beads!
