Welcome to Designs by Jupe

All my jewelry is One-of-a-kind handmade jewelry. The idea of making jewelry came when my husband and I went to Friendship, IN in September 06. I thought it would be fun to make jewelry for myself. I bought beads books and read eveything that I could and self taught on how to use the tools and techniques. I can still remembered how excited I was when I sold my jewelry to my mother's friends and other guesses at Christmas party. I've never thought that someone will like and wear it. Everytime I sell my jewelry whether at the Arts and Crafts fair or custom made for my friends, I still get excited. I love to see my co-workers and friends wear my jewelry, it just makes me smile.
I am looking forward to provide the best customer service and have the best quality handmade jewelry for you as best as possible.

I am happy to take custom orders or adjustment on order. Please email/convo me with a clear description or even "Like 'x' piece. I will send an email with photo when finish for your review.

STORE POLICIES

Payment:
I only accept PayPal payment in US Dollars.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

Shipping:
I will ship your package by USPS priority mail within 48 hours of payment confirmation (except weekends & holidays). You will receive a personal email from me that your package has been shipped and a tracking information.

If you would like to have your package ship other than priority mail, you must email/convo me prior to me mail your package out. I will provide you with the new amount for your payment.

Standard Shipping: $2.50 (one item)
Multi purchases, no additional shipping charge

I am not responsible for lost or damaged package once it is in the hands of Postal service.

RETURNS:
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not happy with your puchase, please email/convo me prior to return the package. I will refund your money less shipping & handling cost upon return of the merchandise in the same condition it was sent. Returns may be made within 7 days of receipt of your package.

For example: I shipped your package on 1 Feb and you received it on 5 Feb. You will have 7 days from the date you received the package to return back to me no later than 12 Feb.

Feedback:
I would greatly appreciate feedback from customers and any suggestions in order to provide the best service as best as I can.

Please email/convo me with any concerns or questions on your purchase before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I would like to resolve the issues and reassure your satisfaction. I will not leave a negative feedback if the customer contacts me, however I do leave negative feedback for customer who don't contact me to cancel the transaction.
