Just a little blurb about me..........
My name is Victoria Banner. I was born and raised in England. After a stint in fine arts I moved to Canada and worked till recently as a graphic designer. After struggling with the itch to go back to my roots....create....and a love of glass and metal, VixenWare was born.
The rest is history!

Only Bullseye and Wasser glass is used in the creation of fusible pieces and .999 Pure silver and 22 Karat gold for jewelry unless specified. All original pieces are copyrighted to VixenWare.

**GUARANTEE**
I stand behind my work, all items are tested for strength and durability before listing. However if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund. Please give me the opportunity to solve any problem before leaving feedback.

**PAYMENT**
If you are using PAYPAL, payment must be recieved within 2 business days from date of purchase. Money orders and personal cheques must be recieved within 10 days (14 days for overseas).

**SHIPPING**
Please contact for shipping options and quotes. I prefer to give my customers the choice. If shipping costs are higher than quoted by Canada Post due to extra packing etc I pay the extra costs.
Items will be shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment and will be shipped usually priority/express, international air mail by Canada Post. Packages are insured. For those of you who have international abode, I will mark all items purchased as a gift so hopefully you can avoid the evil customs/duty tariffs :).
If you prefer another shipping option, Fed Ex, UPS etc I will gladly inquire and quote actual cost of postage.
