My name is Tipper I paint, make cards, treasure boxes, and journals. I am a fourth generation self taught Appalachian Folk Artist.
Born, raised, and living in Southern Appalachia.

I try to be green in my art by finding most of my supplies at thrift stores or yard sales. I love the idea of bringing items from the past together with modern things like my computer, scanner and printer.
