Proud to be an artist, yorkie-owner, and opinionated woman.

I saw some pieces of stained glass in the window of an antique shop. They were just pieces of square glass...nothing fancy, but the sun shining through them was beautiful. A customer walked by and knocked one of the pieces from the windowsill, and it shattered in front of me. Helping the shop owner clean up all of those pieces of glass inspired me to create my first mosaic. I thought it would be a real shame to throw those beautiful shards of glass away.
