Hi there,
I am a stay at home mom of two wonderful little boys. They are 18 months apart, so our life is very fun and exciting...to say the least. I have a wonderful husband who works very hard so that I can stay at home with the boys. I am one lucky lady!

I am a degreed Accountant, with a creative side. When I had my first baby I left my professional life behind to stay home with him. While I feel beyond grateful to stay home with my kids, I am a stir-crazy stay at home mother. Thus, My Boys Boutique!

My Boys is my creative, organizational and business outlet. It is my way to once again be a professional, but remain the main care-taker of my two favorite little guys. It is a great way to bring balance to my life. For this reason, I am grateful for each and every sale I make.

WHAT IS THE ORDERING PROCESS?
The Process:
1) Start by EITHER of the following...
-Purchase the listing you are interested in
OR
-Go to http://myboyscustomcards.com/Order_Form.html. Fill out the form and I will create a RESERVED listing here on Etsy for your order.
2) If you haven't already filled out the My Boys order form, please copy and paste the link provided upon check out. This will take you directly to the form.
3) I will create your card and send you an e-proof via email within 24 hours of receiving payment.
4) Review proof very carefully and submit any change requests.
5) I will update your card and send a new e-proof...we will go through steps 4 and 5 as many times as necessary in order to get a card you absolutely LOVE!
6) Once I get your approval, I will send the card to the printer.

WHAT DOES MY ORDER INCLUDE?
All Card orders include envelopes.
All orders include any changes to base patterns, or custom creation.
All orders include unlimited e-proofs and changes.
All orders include limited photo adjustments.
All orders include professional printing (not printed on a home printer).

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
Depending on the length of the approval process, you should have your cards in hand within two weeks for photo paper orders, and three weeks for card stock (contact me for RUSH orders).

WHAT IF I SEE A CARD I LIKE BUT I WANT TO CHANGE IT?
No problem! Just note on your order what changes you want to make to the card and I will be happy to adjust accordingly.

WHAT IF I SEE A BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENT I LIKE, BUT I WANT IT AS AN INVITATION?
That can be done! Any and all cards are interchangeable.

I WANT TO PRINT THE CARDS MYSELF, IS THAT AN OPTION?
It sure is. I offer a design only service. See the price page for details.

CAN YOU TELL ME THE FONT USED ON THE CARD?
Yes, I can most certainly tell you the name of the font I use on your card. Many people like to know this in order to print their own matching envelopes.

ARE THE ADVERTISED SIZES THE ACTUAL SIZE?
No, most of the sizes I have advertised are estimates. If you need to know the exact size of the cards please email me. I will be happy to provide you that information.

I'D LIKE TO SEE A SAMPLE IN PERSON BEFORE I ORDER, CAN YOU SEND ME ONE?
I sure can. Just contact me with your sample request.

CAN I USE PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS?
You can you professional photos. BUT, you must, must, must have a release from the photographer. By sending me photos, your are taking full responsibility for any copyright violations.

WHAT TYPE OF PAPER DO YOU USE?
I use both premium 80lb. card stock and professional quality photo paper.

DO YOU USE A PROFESSIONAL PRINTING SERVICE?
Yes. I use professional printing services to print all orders.

WHAT TYPE OF TOUCH UPS CAN YOU DO TO MY PHOTO(S)?
I can change from color to black and white, crop and resize. Anything beyond that may be possible, but please contact me before ordering.
