Bio

I love color and I love design! Ever since I could pick up a crayon I knew my certain calling in life. I never was a text book person and not one for counting numbers (no disrespect to those who have the gift). At an early age I knew that my life was headed in the art and design field.

This past May, I received a BFA in textile and surface design from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City with a concentration in the home furnishings industry. I have had some amazing opportunities in the design industry that I'm extremely grateful for but now more than ever I'm getting that inkling for going back to my core passion of simple illustrations and now incorporating my textile background.

I'm greatly inspired by mid-century modern design and vintage fabrics and color combinations. I design because I truly enjoy creating whimsical worlds through my simple art. My goal is to be happy doing it and to bring joy to others who make it a part of their lives :)
