River City Handmade Store Policies

-Payment-
I accept PayPal payment in US Dollars.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

If you are having any issues with Paypal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will attempt to assist you in anyway that we can.

-Shipping-
Items are shipped in a priority mail envelope or priority mail box, depending on size. All items are shipped using Delivery Confirmation. The DC number will be sent to the email you have on file with PayPal.

At this time I am only shipping within the US… All items are shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays).

I will combine shipping on multiple purchases from rivercityhandmade.etsy.com

-Returns and Exchanges-
Please contact me if you have any issues. Each return is handled on a case by case basis.

Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging or similar (a sturdy shipping box) and must be mailed USPS First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

-Feedback-
I will leave feedback in batches after items have shipped. I endeavor to leave feedback once a week.

-Non-Payment-
If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let me know and I will cancel the transaction. I will NOT leave negative feedback for cancelled transactions. I do leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact me to cancel the transaction.

If you are having issues with Paypal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will work with you to accommodate your needs.

-Other-
River City Handmade reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of negative feedback and/or malicious behavior towards other Etsy members.
