Bio

I first began working with fabrics at the age of 16, in my final year of high school. From there I went on to study Fashion and Textile Design at college. At 17 I began experimenting with sewing patterns and interior furnishings, making cushion covers and re-upholstering basic furniture pieces.

After gaining some valuable sewing machine experience, at 19 when I moved to Rome, Italy, I began designing and creating handmade bags, working with cottons imported from worldwide, collecting buttons of all shapes and sizes, from many different stores across Italy and the UK.

At 21 I began knitting again for the first time since I was 7. I learned to knit at the age of 4, but at such a young age, lacked the patience that the delicate art requires. I have now began experimenting with stitch patterns and mixed wool types to make beautiful knitted creations.

I also enjoying painting, drawing, pastelling and designing clothes, reading, knitting for pleasure, watching movies and spending time with friends, family and my beautiful twin sons.
