I have always loved old things. (I think it's genetic.)

One of my favorite finds at a thrift store are handmade items--I love to imagine the story behind them. I aspire to make those kinds of things. The materials I use already have a history, and, in the case of the shirts, a lot of work put into them. I try to let the history and craftsmanship shine through as I re-purpose them into new things.
