♥ As a mother of two young children, I understand the need for safe and gentle baby care. Each Domaly Baby product has been tested and contains only the mildest ingredients for baby's delicate skin.

After so many great reviews from friends and family, I wanted to make these products available to parents who, like myself, are concerned with using only the best on their baby’s skin. ♥

♥ PAYMENT ♥
All payments are due within 3 days of item purchase. At this time I only accept paypal, if you would like to pay with a cashiers check or money order please contact me first to arrange this payment. I must receive the money order within 3 business days of you placing the item(s) in your cart. Your item will ship just as soon as payment has cleared.

♥ SHIPPING TERMS/POLICIES ♥
Please allow 2-3 business days turn-around time between the time your order is paid through Paypal and the time your order is shipped. Please take note that all orders shipped within California are subject to 8.25% sales tax. Free Delivery Confirmation for items shipped within the U.S. Once your package leaves my hands, it is no longer my responsibility. I take great care in packaging and am happy to purchase insurance on your behalf if you choose to pay for it. If you would like shipping insurance please add $1.35.

♥ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ♥
International orders are typically shipped once a week a week via USPS Global Priority Mail (up to 4 lbs. max weight). The United States Postal Service does not offer tracking, but insurance can be purchased for an additional charge of $2.40 for under $50 and $3.30 for under $100. Please allow up 2-3 weeks from time of shipment for your order to arrive. Please purchase insurance, I am not responsible once the package is dropped off at the post office. If you would like your order shipped a different method please contact me and I would be happy to help.

If you are purchasing multiple items, please contact me first, so that I may recalculate your shipping. (I don't want to overcharge anyone for shipping)

♥ RETURNS ♥
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. If you have received an incorrect item (i.e. wrong color or product), please contact us to resolve this matter. Any discrepencies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Please keep in mind that because the items are made in small batches, they will vary in color and No two items will look exactly the same.

We disclose all ingredients used in our products to the best of our knowledge. Please be advised that although some of our products are botanical, this does not prove them to be allergy free. People can be allergic to many natural herbs, botanicals or foods.
