I am a professional jewelry designer and goldsmith, and an amateur vintage hound. All of my jewelry pieces are individually made. My work is sold in a number of boutiques in and around New York and I do custom work as well. I do hope you enjoy my jewelry as much as I enjoy making it,

PAYMENT
Payment is accepted in Paypal exclusively.

HOLDING
I will hold something for a few days under most circumstances. Please send me an email if you would like me to reserve a piece for you.

TAX
Items mailed to addresses in NY state will be subject to sales tax.

REFUNDS/RETURNS
Pieces may be returned within 7 days of the date which your tracking number confirmed your delivery. You will be refunded for the cost of the item purchased. Shipping cost is not refundable and the return shipping is not reimbursable. There are no returns on Custom Pieces. No exceptions.

SHIPMENT
All packages will be mailed via USPS with delivery confirmation.

PACKAGING
Each piece is beautifully and carefully packed in a padded jewelry box with ribbon and a custom card.

CUSTOM ORDERS
I require 50% payment upfront on custom orders paid via Paypal. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. There are no returns on custom orders.

WHOLESALING
Wholesale orders are welcomed! All orders must be paid in full before shipment and a tax ID number must be submitted. Payment and shipment of goods must be from and to the store being purchased for.

ALSO
Moonacre offers exclusive, hand-crafted designs. Because each piece of jewelry is handmade, many consisting of natural materials, some variances may occur.
