PAYMENT OPTIONS

I do accept paypal, money order, and personal checks. On the checks however I'd have to wait until it cleared before sending off your item.

PET ALLERGIES?

I do have a dog, and as such with dogs, fur gets everywhere. While I try to keep things seperate, just know that I do have a fur baby and if you are super sensative, please be aware.

SENSITIVE EARS

I use stainless steel (wo/nickel) and Rhodium for sensitive ears. Gold plated and Silver plated earring hooks are used on the others. Please contact me if you need alternatives.

CUSTOM ORDERS

On some pieces, I can get an alternative color (i.e getting Gold pendants instead of Silver). Please let me know before hand so I can make that piece for you. There may be an extra charge.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

If you have any questions don't be afraid to ask. As of right now I prefer to only ship within the U.S. However I do now ship overseas. Most part overseas shipping, depending on the item, will be about $2.00 USD.

I'm not responsible for any lost packages or delays. I can't control the post office. Also if you receive your item and it is damaged please notify me as soon as possible and I'll handle an return (Store Credit only) or if the item is fixable (Just a broken jump ring) I will fix it and send it back at no cost to you.
