ENERGIZING HOLISTIC TOOLS: I use a UNIQUE PROPRIETARY METHOD consisting of a complex set of systems, to energize holistic tools, including talismans, yantras, quartz, coins, and jewelry, and all of my spellcastgems(tm) and spellcaststones(tm) I produce. Energizing is a way of charging a tool or item so as to enable the item to yield positive effects or results for the buyer or intended individual.

Buyer should specify whether the item is meant for the buyer or a third party as a gift so that Seller can charge the item for the proper person prior to shipping.

SHIPPING: WORLDWIDE. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING REQUIRES ADDITIONAL FEES. SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY is usually first class air insured registered mail unless a more secure method is chosen by Seller. Please contact Seller for estimated shipping costs and secure shipping methods prior to purchase.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES: First class air mail, insured, delivery confirmation, or first class air insured certified mail, or first class air insured registered mail. RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH SHIPPING:

Buyer assumes risks associated with shipping according to U.S.law. Special insurance and EXPEDITED SHIPPING available in most cases upon request - please contact Seller. I COMBINE SHIPPING FEES FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS.

SHIPPING FEES within the U.S.: All fees take into account the weight and size of the item and the shipping box or materials. Fees are for shipping and handling -- first class mail postage, insured, delivery confirmation/(tracking number), first class air insured certified mail, or first class air registered mail unless seller chooses a more secure method.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE the U.S.: For European buyers, shipping rates will run between 12 and 16 euros per item, perhaps less depending on the item and package weight. I do combine shipping for multiple items -- please send me email for more information. If the Buyer is outside the U.S., and if you have questions about shipping rates for a particular item, please contact me/Seller for shipping rates and details prior to purchase of an item so that I can relist the item with the appropriate shipping fees for you.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES REGARDING SHIPPING: Pursuant to U.S. commercial law, Seller is NOT responsible for damages in shipping due to shipper, postal service, or customs, including international shipments. Buyer must purchase additional insurance for additional protection of an item - please contact Seller for these fees. Buyer must pay all customs duties.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Delivery times depend on the shipper/courier and/or postal service -- Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery. Delivery times will vary according to local delivery schedules as well. Seller will put forth best efforts to ensure a reasonably timely delivery only to the extent Seller can do so.

STORE POLICY REGARDING SALES AND RETURNS:

All Sales Final. Items are sold as is. No refunds, returns or exchanges. Please send seller email for further details and review the information below.

All items are scanned to check workmanship prior to shipment.
If an item should prove to be defective in some manner, although it is unlikely, buyer must notify Seller immediately upon receipt of the item. Seller will provide store credit for an item of equal value after the item is returned by Buyer if Seller deems the item is defective once Seller receives the item, or the item will be repaired and reshipped to Buyer -- Buyer pays all shipping charges. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and it must be returned within 3 days of receipt of item by Buyer. Buyer pays shipping costs for the return of the item if the Buyer thinks the item is defective and for shipping fees for any new item which the Seller may provide as a replacement.

Items bought by Buyers for third parties are the responsibility of the Buyer and shall be treated as if the item had been purchased for the Buyer only.
