I am an independent artist. All of my deisgns are hand made and one of a kind! I truly enjoy my work. The very process of creating art and jewellery is enjoyable from beginning to end. While I havn't been creating jewellery for long I feel I have found my place in this world. And I hope my designs can bring you the same satisfaction.

I graduated in 2006 with my Bachelor of Fine Arts. This is not my full time job, I am a graphic designer, but my goal is to make my art/jewellery my only job. I enjoy being a member of Etsy very much, it is very community minded and really offers a lot of help and advice. Thank you very much for your support!

If something sells before you have a chance to get it, don't worry, I can usually re-make it for you in a variety of colors. I like the challenge of custom orders, so if you want something you don't see here, ask me for it, and I will see what I can do for you.

FAQ'S

*** Payment***
Payments can be made through paypal with your paypal account or credit card! I require payments to be made within 3 days of purchase. If you don't send payment within that time I reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item.

***Gifts***

If you'd like me to send your purchase directly to someone as a gift, just let me know, and I would be happy to write and include a complimentary gift card with the item(s). Just let me know what you would like me to write.

***Shipping***

All jewellery and art is carefully packed. All jewellery is sent in it's own gift box and in a bubble envelop for protection. Art is placed securely between cardboard, and I mark the envelopes do not bend. I do not make money on shipping, and I do my best to keep the shipping costs low (although Canadian shipping is very costly). Most items are shipped out within 1 to 3 business days of receiving payment (unless otherwise noted).

***Canadian Shipping***
I ship regular Regular Parcel in Canada, this however does not inculude insurance, but does have delivery confirmation. I am not responsible for lost packages or items that arrive damaged due to shipping.

I highly suggest you pay for additional insurance, that way regardless of what happens you get your item or your money back. The different options are Priority Courier and Xpresspost. Please email me (hollys.art@gmail.com) or convo me if you would like these options.

If you pay by PayPal and opt for one of the shipment methods above I'll send you a revised invoice with a request for the additional funds.

***USA Shipping***
I ship to the USA by Canada Post Flat Rate Parcel. Which is 6 to 12 working days, but this is not gauranteed. Or you can opt for Air mail which is 4 to 10 days but is also not gauranteed. Please email or convoe me if you want this option. Both methods are insured up to $100.00.

While this may seem more expensive, at least you can be gauranteed to get your order or your money back. If you pay by PayPal and opt for one of the shipment methods above I'll send you a revised invoice with a request for the additional funds.

***International Shipping***
I offer Small Packet Shipping as the default, as it includes insurance, I have had problems with intenational shipping in the past. It is 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, not gauranteed, but you can upgrade (by email or convo) to Air shipping which is 6 to 10 business days for delivery, but not gauranteed.

Duties and customs fee's incured at the border of the buyers country are the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be covered by Holly Edwards Art.

*** Refunds/Exchanges ***

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your items, If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please let me know, you can email me at hollys.art [!at] gmail.com, and I can give you more information. Earrings can not be returned for hygene reasons.

Please CONTACT ME WITHIN 3 DAYS of receipt of the item for a return authorization. PLEASE, DO NOT return the item without contacting me first. If the return is made without contacting me, the refund will be void.

The item must be returned within fifteen days of the date you received it. All items must be returned in their original packaging. They must also be returned in original, resaleable, and undamaged condition. If they aren't, I reserve the right to cancel the refund.

You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to me. I suggest you send the item back with delivery confirmation and insurance. If I don't receive the item or if it arrives damaged I regret that I won't be able to issue a refund.

The refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Special/Custom orders-require a 25% deposit fee, and is non-refundable.
