Hi. I'm Cindy, a stay at home grandma that lives in the Midwest with my husband,our 5 year old granddaughter and our little dog Molly.I love working from home making custom embroidered items. I got into embroidery after I became a proud grandma .I looked all over trying to find cute things for baby that said grandma and grandpa, and all I got was sore feet. So I started embroidering. I was hooked on embroidering from the start. I love to design and make custom clothing. Most of my clothing items have been pre-washed. If you do not pre-wash clothes prior to embroidering, the design could bunch up after it is washed for the first time resulting in a less desirable final product.


There is no smoking in my home.


Payment


I accept paypal,money orders and cashier's check.Illinois residents will pay Illinois sales tax on their purchases.Please note item will not be shipped until a money order or cashier's check has cleared through the bank. Item will not be shipped until full payment is received. Feel free to contact me with any questions.


Shipping

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Most of my items usually ship within 2 business days via Priority Mail with US postal service.Delivery confirmation is included in my shipping.I love to combine shipping to save you money.Shipping insurance is optional, but highly recommended. All buyers residing outside the United States please contact me for shipping details. All items will be shipped to your confirmed PayPal account address when PayPal is used, unless other arrangements are made.


Returns and Refunds

I want you to be happy with your purchase, so yes I will accept returns under the following conditions ; 1} Item is returned in the same condition it was sent out to you in and has not been worn. 2} Item must be returned in 10 days 3] I am sorry but I can not accept any returns on items that have been personalized for you. 4) Shipping costs are non refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping of the item via priority mail with delivery confirmation.
