WOW where to start.
I don’t leave home without my camera. I have my laptop setup so I can take it anywhere we go to down load and crop my photos. Hike in camping, YEP I have it with me and hike back to the truck when needed to charge everything… Crazy well OF COURSE!!
I was lucky enough to help support the family with my art when the kids were little.
I look back now I think how lucky to be home with the kids till they were in school.
I had a gallery that sold anything I did. Living the dream but even with that it was feast or famine. And I needed a REAL JOB so the art went on the back burner. I still did some but it wasn’t the same with a job, kids, 4-H, Cub Scouts, Soccer you know the story.
I worked on a team that restored an old ceiling that Randal Hurst brought over and sustained fire damage. It’s in the performing arts building of a local collage.
I was able to teach children art for a while.
I had a great time sandblasting windows and glass, Lots of work in this process.
Loved slumping glass but twenty some years ago all the wonderful glass wasn’t available I can’t wait to try it again.
Well I can rattle on and on but the bottom line is I’m trying to get back into things.
Hopefully I will have time to complete a few things and get them out there to you.
And to anyone who buys something handmade instead from the store THANKS!
