Notes about shipping:
If you are outside of the USA and you would like to order items from me please wait on a revised invoice before paying. This also applies if you are ordering multiple items. I want shipping charges to be fair on both sides and shipping multiple items and outside of the country is difficult to figure without knowing where it is going. There are too many locations with very different shipping costs. So by all means do order and I will get your package together and find the most reasonable priced or fastest shipping method, whichever you prefer, and send you an invoice that reflects the proper amount you need to pay.
