Bio

I attended Shepherd College (now Shepherd University) and have a background in fashion merchandising. After several years of working in the fashion industry, my husband and I started a family. Following the events of 9/11, along with friends and family, I developed "Totes for Hope". Handmade totebags produced to raise money for those affected by the tragedy. The bags sold and additional orders were placed. From that point on, I started collecting fabric and making bags for friends. After staying home with two sons for the better part of ten years, the time had come to get serious and pursue my passion. Hard work, sleepless nights, friends, family, and determination turned my passion into a growing business.

I create unique, eccentric bags that make a statement. Each bag is designed and handmade with great attention to detail. To me, fabric is art. A great piece of material commands the design. It is about fabric and simple, classic shapes...not trends. KelCity Bags is for women who want to express themselves with one great accessory while keeping their look simple. It gives women the chance to be diverse, yet chic. KelCity celebrates women and their individuality. Your bag should too!!

* Care Instructions
All bags are treated with a fabric protector. To ensure maximum protection, re-apply a fabric protector (such as Scotchgard) every couple months.
If stain occurs, spot clean.
Test in a small, descrete area first.
Dry cleaning is best to keep the shape of your bag and color looking fresh and new. Some fading
may occur over time.
Care instructions will come with your bag.

* Shipping Info
In-stock items are shipped priority mail within
3-5 business days. Most bags are made when ordered and may take up to 3 weeks to ship. KelCity is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Purse Party bags are made when ordered and take
3-4 weeks from closing date for delivery.

* Product Updates
Please check back often, as bags will be added on a regular basis. Because all bags are handmade, bag sizes and pattern placement may vary slightly. Actual bag colors may vary slightly, from what is seen on computer monitors.

* Return Policy
Products can be returned up to 14 days from ship date for exchanges only.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be in original condition and unused.

* Repair Policy
Customer satisfaction and quality products are a top priority. Workmanship is guaranteed. If there is a problem due to product development, I will be happy to repair it at no charge within a reasonable time from purchase date.
