Welcome to “The Bead Easy!” I was born and raised a Midwestern gal, hailing from southeast Wisconsin. I first started out on Etsy selling jewelry in the fall of 2007 and then decided that I could really offer unique supplies to my customers, as well. So, here I am! Yay!

Q1: How quickly do you ship orders?

Orders are shipped within 24-48 BUSINESS day hours.

Q2: Do you combine shipping?

I will combine shipping for multiple orders for this shop and in combination with my jewelry design store equinoxdesignstudio.etsy.com. Just send me a “convo” to let me know.

Q3: How do I get combined shipping?

When paying by Paypal, pay for all your orders right away. I will refund you the extra shipping when I create the shipping labels. I will not send out revised invoices.

Q4: What do you charge for shipping?

All shipping (including worldwide) is $2.00 for the first item; $0 for each additional item.


Q5: Do you offer insurance on shipping?

Insurance is included in the shipping cost. If something arrives damaged when you receive your package (looks like it has been tampered with or opened), take immediate pictures of the package BEFORE you start to open it. If the issue is (a) missing item(s) or incorrect items from what you ordered and an error on my part, please contact me immediately and I will quickly correct your order.

Q6: I have a show in one week. Can up place priority on my package?

Please note that I pick and ship orders in the order that I receive payment, not based on the receipt of the order itself. It is not fair to others to bump your order in the queue or show favoritism. If you are buying for a show, please order 3 weeks ahead of time to ensure you get the package on time. Packages are shipped Airmail.

Q7: I am an international customer. Can you guarantee a specific timeframe for my order?

The shipping times are estimates and NOT guarantees. Please be prepared and understand that customs has the right to delay your package for any reason – this is not in my control.

Q8: I need my order sent to a specific address. Do I need to contact you directly?

I always use the Paypal shipping address and do not cross reference with the Etsy shipping address. If you want your package sent to an address other than your Paypal address, please put a note in your order, or send me a “convo.”

***Important Note*** It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they give me the correct address - an address that can accept parcels. If the parcel is deemed undeliverable (through no fault of my own), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges again to have it resent. If the customer chooses a refund instead, then the refund will be the full amount, less shipping charges and 10% of your order to cover the cost of Etsy/Paypal fees and my packaging costs.

Q9: How will you package my order?

All my packages are shipped out in bubble envelopes (recycled when able). Items are in clean separate zip lock bags (some similar items may be grouped) and delicate items like glass or porcelain beads are wrapped in extra bubble wrap. I will reuse bubble wrap from my suppliers, but ONLY if it is clean. Paypal packing slips are included and printed on 100% recycled paper.

Q10: What payment types do you accept?

ONLY Paypal is accepted…it is fast, easy, and very secure. Please pay promptly. I will not accept checks or money orders. I send out a friendly reminder the next day to those that honestly thought they paid, but didn't. To those that outright refuse to pay or ignore my requests for payment, I will report them as a non-paying buyer.

Q11. What type of return policy do you offer?

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase and confident shopping with "The Bead Easy." If you have an item that doesn't work for you or not quite what you expected, simply email me, so that I know to expect its return. Upon receipt, you will be issued a full refund, less shipping via how you paid. I do ask that returns be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.
