ABOUT SHIPPING:

-PAYMENT DETAILS-
I accept PayPal payment in US Dollars.
Payment must be received within 3 days.

-SHIPPING& HANDLING –
All items we'll be packed in gift-boxes, and in a bubble wrap padded envelope. They will be posted next day after I received your payment.
I ship worldwide using a registered priority mail. Shipping should take about 6-8 days for Europe, and 10-12 days for other locations.
I ship from Poland.The shipping times are estimates NOT guarantees. Even if I ship your order next day, it does not mean that customs will not delay your package for any reason. So if you are buying for a show, please order 3 weeks ahead of time to ensure you get the package on time.

I always use the Paypal shipping address and do not cross reference with the Etsy shipping address. If you want your package sent to an address other than your Paypal address, then put a note in your order, or send me a convo.

-NON PAYMENT-
If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let me know and I will cancel the transaction with any consequences (no negative feedback for canceled transactions).

-RETURN-
My creations are refundable only if the item is somehow damaged. I try to pack the items accordingly and I'm not responsible for any damage caused during shipping.
You have seven days to return from the time you receive your purchase. Please use delivery confirmation on all returns and provide the tracking number after mailing. I will refund your full purchase price(not including shipping fees), upon return of the item. All refunds are issued through PayPal.
