Bio

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts North Dartmouth with a BFA in Visual Design, I have spent most of my career in graphic arts fields. However, throughout that time I fulfilled my fascination for learning new skills and trying new media.
Recently I have turned my energies specifically to large oil paintings. The jewelry I am creating gives me a welcome break (as the layers of oil paint dry) and allows me to combine many skills and materials in one wearable artistic piece. 5/2/08 Due to the fantastic variety of art found on Etsy I have now lost my focus for painting, and am currently obsessing over art work for ATC/ACEO's!

Store Notes: Although all care has been taken to photograph items as close to true color as possible all monitors are not the same.

All Washington state residents will be charged WA state sales tax

Resell: If you are purchasing a pendant for resale purpose I do ask that you give me the acknowledgment and credit for the pendant. It would be really nice if I was contacted; I would appreciate seeing the final piece!

Returns - I want you to be completely happy with your purchase and confident when shopping. If you have an item that does not work for you, simply email me for when to expect it's return. All shipments are packed, by me, with extreme care after a final inspection. Upon receipt of the piece (in the same condition it was shipped out) you will be issued a full refund, less shipping via how you paid. I do ask that returns be made within 14 days. You will not be reimbursed for the return shipping.
Absolutely no returns on custom orders or on solitary pendants that have been changed.

International Buyers: International shipping is not traceable, and therefore not guaranteed. If you would like tracking or insurance on your order contact me if you are willing to pay for the added insurance costs to guarantee the item. Also, please be aware of the mailing restrictions within your own country. If these items are not allowed to be shipped into your country, please be advised I am not responsible if customs takes possession of a package. In addition, international buyers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective country.

IMPORTANT: Kat's Wearable Art cannot be held responsible for lost packages sent domestically or internationally. If you believe your package has gone missing, please contact me before notifying Etsy. All domestic packages have a Delivery and Confirmation tag, and a Certificate of Mailing will be added for International packages; this is proof of mailing, not insurance. If you want your package insured, please leave a message in the note box or convo me; the insurance cost will be added to your final total.
