Bio

This project is a relatively new endeavor, which has led to many open doors, bright lights and endless ceilings. Prior to it, many things have occurred.
Arachne traveled the world, and has been to more countries than her age.
She lived in curious dwellings; rural towns in the Andes, a dark circus warehouse in Berkeley, an ocean side house on a bay in Hawaii, her very own sail boat in a pirate cove in Oakland.
She now resides in Boston with her partner and is currently devoting much effort to the creation of a most intriguing and dynamic performance with her partner, to be unveiled in coming months! Links to come***
While she has been sewing for several years, trained by the fanciful seamstresses she lived beside in Oakland, she recently undertook some formal training in the fashion arts and shall soon be posting some of her newer originally patterned designs!

Arachnes’ heart leads her all over the place. By day, she works as a scientist for a charming company dedicated to curing various ailments! By night she sews and dances! *She is often inspired by curious modeling projects she has under way, and designs pieces to compliment these fantastical visions. And being part spider, she exploits her affinity for high places through the aerial arts of trapeze and silk.
