Bio

Located in Portland, Oregon, L R Jewelry was founded in 2008 by Lauren Robinson. The distinct style of L R Jewelry is inspired by both the clean lines of modern design as well as the graceful elegance of the art nouveau movement. The jewelry reflects an effort to unite the two styles, creating pieces that are simple yet refined.
After receiving her B.S. At New York University Lauren attended Penland School of Craft in Penland North Carolina where she learned the fundamentals of silver smithing and jewelry design. She further developed her skills during the two year Jewelry Making Program at the North Bennet Street School in Boston, Massachusetts. Since 2003, Lauren has been creating the L R Jewelry line as well as unique commissioned pieces for individual customers.
In addition to the pieces shown here, Lauren can be commissioned to create custom jewelry.
