[BIO]

I am an artist and jeweller working out of my home studio in Windermere, Ontario, Canada. After receiving a BFA in visual art from Vancouver’s Simon Fraser University, I returned home to the Muskoka area in 2001 and became an active member of the local artistic community.
In 2006 I indulged a lifelong fascination with personal adornment by enrolling in the Jewellery Essentials program at the Haliburton School of the Arts. Since completing the program, I’ve worked to develop a distinctive aesthetic, creating thoughtful and intimate works of art for the body that are inspired by the objects and shapes that I encounter in my daily life.
Although I work primarily with precious metals, I find the stories told by a discarded photograph, an old piano key or a hand picked beach stone just as precious as any gemstone and I often incorporate these objects into my jewellery.

[SHOP IMAGES VS THE REAL THING]

Because each piece is handmade upon order, please be aware that the lovingly made piece that you receive in the mail may vary slightly from the image(s) shown in my shop, particularly those pieces that incorporate found objects.

[CUSTOM ORDERS]

If you are interested in one of the pieces in my shop, but would like to see it in another size, metal or with any other variation on the design, please send me a conversation and I will work with you to create a custom piece.

[BUYING + PAYMENT]

All prices on Etsy are listed in US dollars.

I accept payments through PayPal – a safe and secure online payment method that allows you to pay for your purchase using your debit or credit card.

When purchasing, please choose to pay immediately through PayPal. Otherwise, if I do not receive payment or contact within three days of your purchase, I reserve the right to re-list purchased items.

[CANADIAN SALES TAX]

All purchases shipped within Canada will have 5% GST added during the PayPal purchase process. Ontario residents will have an additional 8% PST added as well.

[TIMING + SHIPPING]

All pieces are carefully handmade, upon order, by me in my home studio. Please allow 2-3 weeks for me to create your piece. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

All Canadian orders will be sent via Expresspost, all US orders will be sent as Expedited Parcels USA via Canada Post and International orders will be sent as Small Packet International via Canada Post.

All US and International buyers are responsible for any duty owed on items shipped. Buyers must request insurance at the time of purchase and are responsible for associated costs. Lost packages must be addressed with the post office.

[RETURNS + REFUNDS]

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 7 business days after receiving the item. I will refund the purchase price (minus shipping) once the item has been sent back in its original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
